The Arts of Sun Lu Tang

Sun Lu Tang with his many years of experiences in internal martial arts has collectively come to realize the common characteristics of all three arts. He is thus able to use I-Ching as a theoretical basis to explain the unification of three arts. The theory and practice of his arts have come to know as Sun style internal martial arts. Namely Sun Style Xingyi, Sun Style Bagua and the very famous Sun Style Taiji. Noteworthy especially is Sun Style Taiji. It has been said, incorrectly, that Sun Style Taiji is a mixture of Xingyi, Bagua, and Taiji. This results in practitioners practising other forms of xingyi and bagua while trying to reconcile with Sun Style Taiji. Sun Style Taiji is a result of the unification of Sun Style Xingyi, Sun Style Bagua and Wu(Hao) style Taiji with I-Ching as the basis for the explanation of the art.
